Sterling Estates is home to many men and women, or their spouses, who served so honorably in our armed services. Many of them qualify for the Department of Veterans Affairs Aid and Attendance pension, commonly referred to as the A&A program. You may, too, if you are a Veteran or the spouse of a Veteran. The A&A Program was created to financially aid Veterans and their surviving spouses who need caregiver assistance with the activities of daily living. That's the kind of support we provide our Assisted Living residents at Sterling Estates of East Cobb and West Cobb. We also provide Memory Care assistance. Sterling Estates of East Cobb and West Cobb have cottages for senior Veterans looking for a maintenance-free, care-free lifestyle with added security, services and amenities. Our one- and two-bedroom suite apartments provide the health services Veterans need with an emphasis on improving one's mental and physical well-being through our Wellness program, which features an indoor heated aerobic pool, fitness center and activities program, allowing everyone to stay involved.
