Eunice D. Freeman Case Management, LLC (EDF Case management) is a locally owned and operated provider of Care Management services to the aging and disabled population in the South Carolina area. The goal of EDF Case Management is to enhance the quality and meaning of the lives of those with whom we work with by serving the clients, their families and the community. We strive to achieve this goal by assisting our clients in fostering independence, safety, and access to services. We also strive to assist our clients in feeling safe.

Our Purpose is to provide case management service to the elderly and disable citizens of South Carolina utilizing the programs available through the South Carolina Department of Health and human services. These services are provided through qualified case managers.
