Seeking Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Foreman & Crew Members

billboards around Atlanta. ESOG serves residents all over Metro Atlanta, so this team
needs people who are passionate about serving homeowners and delivering the best
possible customer service.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years (minimum) experience in residential Waterproofing
• 1 year (minimum) as a foreman/crew leader
• Foundation repair experience a plus!
• Must be able to complete jobs on schedule and on budget
• Must be able to effectively manage a crew of at least 2 workers to be a foreman
• Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service to clients
• Applicant may be required to pass a background check and drug test

Job Duties:
• Oversee residential waterproofing and/or foundation repair projects
• Lead the crew assigned to said project
• Manage client concerns and expectations of the project
• Troubleshoot any problems with the project
• Ensure job is completed on time (or ahead of schedule) and on budget
• Deliver top-notch customer service from A to Z
• Report to VP of Construction to keep him apprised of progress
Benefits:
• Salary: Projected $50K annually on average, typically higher for foreman and
crew members (entry level) start at $9-$13 per hour depending on experience
level
