VFW Tallahassee Post 3308

Also known as the Leon County VFW Post 3308 has 412+ members including Auxiliary.

The Post supports homeless veterans both locally and state wide by donating goods and monetary donations to Veteran's Village, a homeless facility for Veterans. They also locally host a hospital committee that helps distressed veterans that have been deployed and their families with medical expenses. Commander Duane Pickle invites you down for a game of corn hole and to enjoy the atmosphere on all patriotic holidays.

The Post runs the Because We Care Program that is a program that assists deployed veterans families with emergency medical expenses, transportation and other needs.

They donate bread every Thursday to the members and their families - this includes loaves of bread, bagels, muffins, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc and they own and maintain a VFW Cemetery in Tallahassee for Veterans and their families.
